as i’m counting the 4th (5th?) sleep pattern in 1.5 yr i’ve come to reconcile with that it’s the kind of thing that is more an emergence than a prescription; that it can neither fail me nor i it; and that as long as i wake up tmrw i will not thinking much about the swings, up or down (mutatis mutandis same for other issues)
