一个比较违反直觉的发现是，深圳气候其实非常能调动、而不是打消跑步的积极性。就比如说，你早上起来一开始比较丧，不想动。然后你看了一下气温才二十度出头而且没有太阳直射而且不是在下雨或者有下雨的危险而且湿度没有爆表而且还有点小风在吹。你就会很惭愧觉得不跑步就是愧对皇天后土对你的垂爱。然后等你回过神来就已经跑回来了。
